Standard, Fixed-Cost Background Checks

Phenix has designed several standard, fixed-cost background checks, making it easier for you to forecast your hiring expenses. These checks were designed for clients with a steady volume of job applicants filling similar positions. Below are three of our most popular options.

QuickCheck™
This most basic background check combines one County Criminal Record Search with a Social Security Number Trace and Social Security Number Verification. The format was created for our clients who have a high volume of entry-level applicants, and who require rapid background check results.
QuickCheckPLUS™
This variation adds one additional component to a QuickCheck™, such as an Employment Verification, an Education Verification or a Professional License Verification. You decide which option to add to your background checks.
Employment Summary
This popular option adds up to three Employment Verifications to a QuickCheck™. Employment Summary background checks are designed especially for those clients who require confirmation of skill qualifications for the positions they fill.
Optional Components and Custom Background Checks
Phenix offers you the flexibility to order background checks that are modifications of one of our standard formats, or to design a completely new report format to fit your unique needs. The most commonly chosen option is to add our ULTRA service. This provides enhanced protection by conducting criminal record research in every county in which the applicant has resided during the past seven years. Because of the variable nature of this product, an upper limit of Criminal Record searches can be set to cap pricing.
