| Phenix Group Client and its representatives shall: |
| 1. Comply with the provisions of the
Phenix Group Client Service Agreement. |
| 2. Order and use background checks only for
employment purposes. |
| 3. Follow all requirements of the
Fair Credit Reporting Act
for use of consumer reports for employment purposes. |
| 4. Follow state and local laws and regulations
regarding individual privacy, and the use of consumer reports. |
| 5. Take all reasonable precautions to secure any
system, and all confidential individual data contained therein, according to
the Access Security Requirements. |
| 6. Request and use driving record data in
compliance with the
Driver’s Privacy Protection Act. |
